GT Bank : Laptop Acquisition Loan

Sir,
I bought Laptop from Diamond bank,Ogbo-efere branch in anambra state with the sales condition clearly spelt out, which is among other things that there will not be any HIDDEN charges and a monthly payment of N12,880 that will total N154,560.

But to my greatest dismay when I deposited about N35,000, a lot of charges outside the N12,880 was deducted among them is INSURANCE. When I complained to the management, they insisted that the money has to be collected on purchase of the laptop in the event of burglary or fire.

Now I lost the laptop when thieves broke through the window of my family house and I am requesting that the bank should even visit my house and verify my claims. They, through their manager-Mrs Ogochukwu, phone-0803677-XXXX, said that I have to pay up the balance of about N43000, while while they commence the process and i have paid. Sir, I am soliciting for your assistance to compel Diamond bank to verify my claims even the phone number of my church Vicar that I gave them.They have stollen from me.
