Arik airlines is an inspiration going by their aggressive drive to acquire new aircraft, a clean break from the infamous era of bringing in dying aircraft in the name of wet lease.

One had hoped that with the new aircraft will come excellent services. This does not seem to be the case. The ticketing area looks like a motor park, full of confusion. The elderly do not have an efficient way of transportation to board the aircraft. The wheel chairs, when found are rickety and motorized transport is non existent. The air hostesses look frumpy and the service is below par

After such a huge investment in new aircraft, Arik Management should not drop the ball and offer tokunbo services. A peep at their neigbour Aero will be a good place to start. The total package matters, not new wine in old wine skins.

A lot of folks fry Arik when there are no seats on Aero. Who no like better thing?

I hope Arik management is listening
